Arsenal are already looking forward into next summer’s transfer window and have already made a £20 million bid for Borussia Dortmund man Marco Reus.
The Gunners were actually monitoring the German international in the recent transfer window which has just gone.
But after signing Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona, manager Arsene Wenger decided against any firm moves for the highly rated 25-year-old.
The German’s release clause will be dropping to £20 million next summer, Arsenal will head the queue for Reus’ signature and have already signed off on a formal bid.
Manchester United, Real Madrid and Liverpool look to join the transfer race for Reus is he does not commit to sign a new contract with Dortmund, which he has refused to do so far.
