According to HITC, Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri believes that Chelsea and Inter are ready to discuss the future of Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah.
Mohamed Salah is rumoured to be headed away from Stamford Bridge and today could be a crucial chapter for the Egyptian forward.
Despite Blues boss Jose Mourinho’s insistence that Salah isn’t headed out on loan in January, there is frequent speculation that he could be sent away to get some first-team experience as opportunities in West London haven’t been coming in so easily.
Inter manager Roberto Mancini’s first transfer window back at the Nerazzurri after he took over the San Siro outfit relatively recently proves to be an interesting one and it is believed that Salah is amongst his targets.
Palmeri has also claimed Inter director Piero Ausilio is in England over the next few days to try and bring some new faces to Mancini’s squad, Calcio Mercato reports.
The main priority is said to be Arsenal forward Lukas Podolski, but Palmeri also states that the Inter transfer guru will meet with Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo at 11am this morning to discuss Salah.
The Italian Serie A giants are believed to want a loan until the end of the season with a fee set if they want to make the deal permanent then.
