West Bromwich Albion have refused to lower their asking price of £20 million for Saido Berahino, meaning the striker is almost certain to stay at the Hawthorns.
Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly willing to fork out between £10 to £12 million for the England international this month.
But the Baggies have insisted Berahino will not leave for a price under £20 million, and as it stands, the Reds and Spurs are unwilling to budge on their own respective valuations, meaning the 21-year-old is highly likely to stay.
It would be great for West Brom if Berahino stayed, he will be vital in the relegation battle. I’m a bit surprised West Brom are only asking for £20m, if he continues his form then I could see clubs willing to fork out £25m or maybe even £30m for him.
