Mullins backs Noble to end career at West Ham

Former West Ham United midfielder Hayden Mullins and currently for Notts County has backed midfielder Mark Noble to sign a new contract with the Hammers and stay at the club.

Queens Park Rangers were reportedly interested on doing a deal for the 27-year-old during the January transfer window but Mullins doesn’t think he’s going anywhere, and feels the player will finish his career with the club.

“I saw the transfer links suggesting he would leave – I don’t think he’s going anywhere – I wouldn’t be surprise if he ends his career at the club,” he said.

With Noble’s current contract at Upton Park running out at the end of the season and West Ham only having a few months to work out a deal for their star man in the middle of the park, the comments will come as welcome relief to West Ham fans.
